Join Kim Clish, our NASM certified personal trainer for a single session or multiple sessions of personalized exercises to tighten and strengthen your body.  She has over 4 years of experience working with clients. Her background in heath and fitness includes one-on-one training, partner training, and group fitness instructing adults and children ages 5-12. She works with all fitness levels

Kim has worked with many clients to help them achieve their personal goals. After personally experiencing the benefits of strength training/resistance training, it fueled her passion to pursue fitness as a career. Building muscle helps keep your body functional and is important for quality of life. She has worked with many athletes for sport-specific training. Kim is vey attentive to any prior injuries or weak areas and can obtain a customized plan that works specific to your individual needs.
