Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.

Body Blast

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

5-5:30am & 5:30-6:00am w/Carie

This class is 30 minutes of cardio and strength training exercises. A variety of formats will keep your mind & body guessing and not stall out on progress. Strength training techniques paired with cardio can build a strong body physique as well as cardiovascular health internally. NO experience necessary! Beginner or advanced are welcome.

8:00-8:45am w/Ashley

Join Chrissy for a 30 minute "Balanced" Breakfast! This full body workout combines cardio, strength, muscle endurance, balance, and flexibility.


Join Ashley for a 45 minute strength conditioning workout! Ashley likes to focus on different muscle groups for each class! This class will definitely leave your heart pumping!


NO experience necessary for either class! Beginner or advanced are welcome. This class is included with your membership.

This class has an emphasis on weight lifting but you can complete the exercises without. This class will definitely challenge your muscles by taking you through various circuits that challenge your full body strength. No experience necessary. This class is included with your membership.

Cardio Kickboxing

Monday nights thru May 29

Join Tammy for this cardio, non-contact workout that combines short intervals of high energy kickboxing type exercises with short periods of recovery. This class will be sure to challenge your heart rate! No experience necessary. This class is included with your membership

Weekend Warrior 

Saturday 7:15-8:00 AM w/Carie

Join Carie for this 45 minute bootcamp that's sure to make you sweat! We combine high intensity cardio with body weight and dumbbell weights or resistance training to give your whole body a workout!

Get ready to get your body dancing! Zumba is a dancing based class that will feature aerobic/fitness interval training dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. 

All fitness levels are welcome!

Tuesday 4:30-5:15pm w/Kim

Join Kim our Personal Trainer for Kidz Kamp. This class is targeted to 6-12 year olds. The kids participate in fun lifting circuits, stations, teamwork exercises. stretching exercises, games and more!

Thu 6:30-6:50 PM

Tammy will work your abdominals, obliques, and lower back in this class and follow with 5 minutes of stretching to lengthen and cool down your body. No experience necessary!
