Freedom Fitness Club LLC offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.


BODYBLAST
This class is 30 minutes of cardio and strength training exercises. A variety of formats will keep your mind & body guessing and not stall out on progress. Strength training techniques paired with cardio can build a strong body physique as well as cardiovascular health internally. NO experience necessary! Included in studio membership.

MuscleUp!
There are 5 different MuscleUp! classes that we offer. Each class targeting different parts of your body. HIIT Those Legs has exercises that emphasize your legs muscles. Core Energy emphasizes your core muscles. Total Body Burn focuses on your whole body. Upper Body Flex focuses on your upper body and Glutes Galore has a whole class dedicated to growing those glutes. There is a class for everyone!
NO experience necessary. These classes are included with your studio membership.

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Join Tammy for this cardio, non-contact workout that combines short intervals of high energy kickboxing type exercises with short periods of recovery. This class will be sure to challenge your heart rate! No experience necessary. This class is included with your studio membership.

WEEKEND WARRIOR BOOTCAMP
Join Carie for this 45 minute bootcamp that's sure to make you sweat! We combine high intensity cardio with body weight and dumbbell weights or resistance training to give your whole body a workout! Included in studio membership.

KIDZ KAMP
Join Kim our Personal Trainer for Kidz Kamp. This class is targeted to 6-12 year olds. The kids participate in fun lifting circuits, stations, teamwork exercises. stretching exercises, games and more! Included in Youth Classes Membership!

FLEX AND STRETCH
Flex and Stretch is a low impact class that focuses on balance, mobility and strength. Each class includes a warm-up/stretch, and a cool down/stretch. Classes are organized into either a full body workout, a walk it out class (step), or a class with stations focusing on weights (can all be done without weights as well).

Core/Stretch
Thu 6:30-6:50 PM
Tammy will work your abdominals, obliques, and lower back in this class and follow with 5 minutes of stretching to lengthen and cool down your body. No experience necessary!
