This class is designed to help your gain muscle tone and build muscle. We focus less on cardio and endurance and more on lifting weights, using TRX belts, a squat rack, a glute machine, dumbbells, jump boxes and more to help keep your body conditioned while making gains. Class 30 minutes long and is held M-F. Each day is an area-focused routine (ie Monday upper body, Tu: Full body ect).
*Prior lifting knowledge/experience is helpful but not required. All exercises can be set to meet your level of ability. If you find yourself a bit lost on how to structure workouts or feel overwhelmed when walking into the gym - this class is for you!
