This class is designed to help your gain muscle tone and build muscle. We focus less on cardio and endurance and more on lifting weights, using TRX belts, a squat rack, a glute machine, dumbbells, jump boxes and more to help keep your body conditioned while making gains. Class is held M-F and each day is an area-focused routine (ie Monday upper body, Tu: Full body ect).
