Classes will be scheduled as normal even if school is cancelled! If it is cancelled for any reason, I'll post here and on Facebook. This week: skull crushers will be our exercise of the week!

I've come up with a theme for this week: DROP SETS! If you've never done dropsets before, be prepared to work those muscles to exhaustion! Drop sets are a form of resistance training with weights, going until fatigue with minimal rests between sets. It is great for muscle growth!
