Service Description

Join us for a 4 week program designed to help all kids ages 10-15 with the basic of lifting. They will learn form, function and the importance of lifting safely at weights appropriate for their growing bodies. We will also coach mobility and agility throughout the course. Beginners to those who have a slight background in lifting techniques are welcomed. You will leave the course with a workout plan you can use on your own! Full payment is due at the first class Runs Tue and Thurs from June 2nd - June 25th
