I am revamping the class schedule a little bit.
The format of 615am time will not be changing at all, it will stay as the MUSCLE UP! format Mon - Fri where we concentrate on strength training, lifting and individualized muscle groups adding in some cardio/core/HIIT/AMRAP Ect
For those of you who have been asking for this type of workout format but can't make the 615am time slot, I will be changing Tuesday and Thursday 5&530 am from the Body Blast format to the MUSCLE UP! style. Since some of you might only be able to attend 2x per week I will ensure that we are getting well rounded, full body strength training on those days & also making sure that you don't burnout a single muscle group on back to back days for the MWF 5 or 530 class.
I hope that makes sense and I always appreciate feedback on what you would like to see offered!
I'm excited to bring you some new challenges too! For the month of April, I have a theme "progress is perfection" which I will explain in class.
Spring break is over so that means I will see you all tomorrow!
