We are starting our "Progress is Perfection" tracking Monday! I hung up poster boards for you to write on and track your progress towards your goal.

Some examples: increase the weight you lift on a certain exercise, attend a number of classes for the week/month, focus on you eating habits - it doesn't have to be class/gym related. I'm hoping that we can up the energy levels and help motivate each other to work towards a goal.

Of course, if you prefer to not do this or to not do it publicly that's fine too!

Coming up this week:

Monday: Carie's got an Upper Body Flex routine

Tuesday: Jayna is starting to coach classes with Lower Body

Wednesday: Carie will focus on glutes and hamstrings while adding in some core

Thursday: Jayna will focus on full body

Friday: Carie will hit the upper/lower/core/cardio that we missed throughout the week.
