Well, according to the surgeon, my eye surgery went well. He was able to remove all the scar tissue and reattach my retina. Which I didn't know was detached. So while everything went fine for him, I am on a 3-day rest protocol of having to lay face down or sit with my chin tucked and my gaze pointed back behind my feet. Which is really impossible when you're trying to sleep without suffocating yourself! I look like Lance beats me up cuz my eye is red and bruised and I have a few stitches in my actual eyeball. Which is as weird and as gross as it sounds ( I'll spare you the picture). He did have to put the oil in my eye which sucks for now and when I have to go back in and have it taken out. We have 3 new ladies giving this 615am class a try tomorrow/next week! Therefore tomorrow will be full body stations.

Can’t wait!!

April 6th week

We are starting our "Progress is Perfection" tracking Monday! I hung up poster boards for you to write on and track your progress towards your goal.

Some examples: increase the weight you lift on a certain exercise, attend a number of classes for the week/month, focus on you eating habits - it doesn't have to be class/gym related. I'm hoping that we can up the energy levels and help motivate each other to work towards a goal.

Of course, if you prefer to not do this or to not do it publicly that's fine too!
