Week of April 7th
We are starting our "Progress is Perfection" tracking Monday! I hung up poster boards for you to write on and track your progress towards your goal.
Some examples: increase the weight you lift on a certain exercise, attend a number of classes for the week/month, focus on you eating habits - it doesn't have to be class/gym related. I'm hoping that we can up the energy levels and help motivate each other to work towards a goal.
Of course, if you prefer to not do this or to not do it publicly that's fine too!
Coming up this week:
Jayna will be coaching the Tue & Thurs classes with the MuscleUp! strength training format.
Monday: Carie will have some stations setup
Tuesday: Jayna is starting to coach classes with Lower Body strength
Wednesday: Stay tuned! I'm not sure what I will come up with yet.
Thursday: Jayna will focus on full body strength
Friday: Game day?!??!
